A PI‑RADS score sounds definitive but it is not absolute.
MRI findings require thoughtful interpretation. The same scan can receive different PI‑RADS scores depending on who reads it. One radiologist may call it a 3, another a 4, another a 5.
Imaging is a tool, not a verdict. I also advocate for biparametric MRI without gadolinium contrast whenever possible.
