I don't have much information on this other than what can be taken from the video itself. It uses a cutdown version of Have A Cigar and seems to be from the Pros & Cons Of Hitchhiking era. It reuses a lot of animation from the 75 tour screenfilms and The Wall. I think it's incomplete as it abruptly cuts off. I am 90% sure this comes from Europe as the original tape was slightly sped up (I've slowed it down for release). I have no other information really other than it maybe being a promo for Pros & Cons? if anyone has any more information please comment down below. This was one of the more beatup sections on the tapes but I think it cleaned up nicely.
