Footage of the dubbing process behind Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (1993/2000 OVA) this was included on Volume 4 of the Super Techno Arts release of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
Taken from a bootleg of Volume 4, as actual copies of Volumes 4-6 are extremely rare and expensive.
Upscaled using Avisynth, clips from the anime were replaced with higher quality copies.

I ripped all the cutscenes directly from the game, then I deinterlaced and denoised the clips using QTGMC and KNLMeansC. I then rendered them as PNG and then put it through Waifu2x at a 3x scale to upscale the 360p footage to 1080p. I then put all the frames together and synced it up to audio.")
