At last, here is my complete Area 100% segmented Speedrun of Pikmin 4! This run was done with no deaths and in 13 days, which is the minimum in game days to clear all areas. As you can see, it's not necessary to cure all castaways to get 100% area completion, which I guess is a good thing since you can skip night missions after dying (that would be pretty boring in a run...). It's also not necessary to complete all side missions for that matter, nor getting platinum on dandori challenges.

In hindsight several things could be changed in the run and route, but overall I'm happy with this first attempt. I might try at some point to play this category in RTA, but that's a quite long run!

Now that I'm done with this challenge I will try some RTA, not sure what yet but a shorter category. ___________________________________________________________________
