No problems running at ultra settings in Alyx so far in the game. Dips slightly below 90.

My 12 year old VR computer (except for the GPU which is "only" 5 years old):
Gigabyte X58 LGA 1366 motherboard
Xeon X5690 CPU overclocked to 4.25 GHz
Nvidia GTX 1080 GPU
24 GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Ethernet to a WIFI5 router for wireless connection to VR headset

There is no visible compression artifacts while gaming. This recording is only 8 mbps while the actual in headset image is higer resolution and higher bitrate (72 mbps h.265).
