“So it was a normal day, y’know, I was uh... sipping some fine wine, talking about when I was a young spider, trying to climb up a water spout. All of a sudden, Cangdrum comes over, and invites me to go to space! I was all like “I didn’t do anything, why do I get to go?” He explained to me that he was taking whoever he could, so I figured the opportunity was special and that I should go. Before I knew it we were all on a spaceship and heading out into space. I’m not too big on technology so most of the things around me made no sense, but I didn’t care, I had my wine. Drinking wine is really hard when there’s no gravity, did you know that? I tried to have a sip and all of a sudden the wine’s just uh... hovering there! Crazy stuff! So anyway, uh... we finally found a local moon, and after stumbling off the ship due to being absolutely knocked up from drinking wine in zero gravity, I followed the others to this giant base on the moon. If I wasn’t perplexed by technology before, then I certainly was now. Everything in there was super high-tech and didn’t make any sense, but we found some new company, which I enjoyed. I pretended to listen to what they had to say as I scoured the place to see if they enjoyed any exotic wine flavors. From what I’ve gathered, they seem to uh... invade planets where humans used to exist, and collect anything remaining on them. A particularly intelligent one (which you wouldn’t get from how he looks) told me they’ve found a few bottles but nothing special, and that most they find are just smashed and their contents have long since dried up. I can’t believe the humans who used to inhabit these planets treat fine liquor so poorly!”
