Piano arrangement of Track 6 from Koichi Sugiyama's soundtrack of Sea Prince and the Fire Child (シリウスの伝説). If you haven't heard this soundtrack, you are missing out on a true masterpiece.
I believe that Sugiyama developed some parts of this particular piece into portions of the Dragon Warrior soundtrack. At least, the resemblance is uncanny to me.
Artwork is from the original vinyl album set, and was made available by Herr Salat and Tangotreats. They also have made a wonderful high-quality stereo rip of the album, which is unfortunately not commercially available. Incidentally, I contacted Sanrio about 5 years ago regarding this and they claimed they'd never released a soundtrack for this film at all, which is obviously incorrect.
