Today I'm partnering with Malibu to show you three completely different ways to enjoy a pina colada! We're going classic, we're going frozen as actual ice cream, and we're going crystal clear with a clarified version that'll transport you to a tropical paradise. Malibu Original is perfect for all three, so let's dive in and see which one becomes your new favorite...

MALIBU PIÑA COLADA
2 oz (60 ml) Malibu Original
2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
1 oz (30 ml) cream of coconut
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice

PIÑA COLADA ICE CREAM (4-5 serves)
2 tbsp custard powder
500ml coconut cream
2 ½ oz (75 ml) pineapple gum syrup
1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
4 oz (120 ml) Malibu Original

CLARIFIED PIÑA COLADA
6 oz (180 ml) Malibu Original
2 oz (60 ml) Havana Club Especial
2 oz (60 ml) falernum
4 oz (120 ml) coconut water
3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice
2 oz (60 ml) lime juice
3 x star anise
12 x cloves
Lime zest
4 oz (120 ml) whole milk
