Does this sound radical? Perhaps. But let this journey awaken something deep within you. When you're ready for more, explore the Free Birth Society Podcast, where hundreds of women share their unfiltered freebirth stories—raw, real, and revolutionary.

Women across the planet are reclaiming their sacred rites of passage and birthing their babies on their terms. Are you ready to answer the call?

“At one point I was standing up resting my head on Tim's chest, tears flowing. There wasn't a reason. It felt like years of emotion moving through me. Tim played the medicine drum, chanted, and played crystal bowls.

As it became stronger I tried lying down, but my body wanted to be upright. I found myself squatting, circling my hips and moving in ways I'd never planned. Every time I listened to what my body wanted instead of fighting it, I could feel my baby moving lower.
It was intense. There were moments I wondered if I could really do it. Then I'd refocus, breathe, back myself, and meet the next wave.
Tim never told me what to do. Sometimes he'd gently reflect what he noticed. Sometimes I'd just know what came next. We moved through the whole birth like that.

Looking back, my body had been pushing for a bit before I got in the pool. I truly surrendered and let my body guide me which was very different to my first birth experience.

When I felt it was time to get into the pool, I didn't think why. I just knew.

Sebastien’s head was born with one wave, and his body followed.
I slowly lifted him from the water, and he took his first breath 2 minutes and 16 seconds later, after I said his name! No panic, as I had seen this happening in meditation months before.

Then came the part I never expected.
My placenta stayed inside me for another 11 hours.
Apart from that, everything felt normal. I wasn't bleeding heavily. I felt well. So we stayed home. We prayed. We cried. We did rituals. We messaged support friends. We waited. We tried to sleep.

By sunrise, my placenta had naturally moved down, and I gently tugged to birth it intact.

That day I didn't just meet my son.
I met a version of myself I didn't know existed.”
