After 2 weeks of running workshops in Scotland, I thought it would be useful to expand upon some conversations I enjoyed during the workshops and discuss some of my own beliefs and approach to post-processing/photo editing. Personally, I don't want to spend a long time editing, so I adopt a quick and simple approach that's informed by my thought processes & vision when taking the photograph and continues the creative thread. Obviously there is no right or wrong way, so do whatever is right for you, but hopefully some of my thoughts will be of interest. Either way. striving to better our practice in the field and having an informed and structured workflow can only be a good thing.
