Do you have a phone?
Of course you do. So do I. Guilty as charged.

But perhaps the more important question is…
Who’s really in control?

For years, we’ve spoken about addiction in terms of substances - alcohol, drugs, gambling. Yet one of the most socially accepted addictions is sitting in our hands for hours every single day.

Phones promise connection…
But often deliver distraction, avoidance, anxiety, and disconnection from the people right in front of us.

And the worrying part?
Many people don’t even recognise it as an addiction.

In this conversation with @catgreenleaf, we explore why phone dependency may be one of the defining public health challenges of our time - especially for our children, relationships, and mental wellbeing.

The technology itself isn’t evil.
But unconscious use? That’s where the problem begins.

👇 I’d love to know:

Have you ever caught yourself reaching for your phone without even thinking about it?
