This Philly cheesesteak skillet bowl is everything you love about the sandwich... just served over rice. Tender shaved steak, caramelized onions, bell peppers, optional mushrooms, and a big melty layer of provolone. All in one pan with rich Worcestershire sauce.

☐ 3/4 onion (cut into strips
☐ 1 large red bell pepper
☐ 1 large green bell pepper or 2 sm ones.
☐ 8 oz. sliced portobello mushrooms (optional)
☐ Salt/Pepper to taste
☐ 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

☐ 2 Tbsp avocado oil
☐(2) 16 oz. Shaved steak
☐ Salt/Pepper to taste
