Sustainability is core to Junie Demange’s work, informing her mission as she optimized and improved the design and delivery of cost-effective packaging throughout P&G. As the global lead for the company’s “fit to win product and packaging” endeavor, Demange worked with Amazon so 58 percent of orders with only one item shipped without an Amazon box. She helped remove over 5 million cartons from the shipping process, delivering items in original P&G packaging, “a big sustainability impact,” she says.
