Some things don't need much explaining. To explore our five core values, we asked the experts in keeping it simple: kids. We got honest, unfiltered answers. Then we asked our leaders to explain the same value as they would to a child. This is the first of five conversations.

Featuring: Zhenya Fedorova, Vice President Human Resources – P&G Europe, in conversation with the next generation.

This discussion on Ownership begins with a simple question about caring for a pet, leading to a powerful definition of responsibility. Zhenya then shares a personal story of how she teaches ownership at home, connecting her son's personal budget to the family's shared resources. It’s a simple lesson with a powerful message about treating what we share with the same care as what is ours.

For more than 185 years, these values have been our compass when decisions are hard and our common language across more than 30 markets. It's this open, honest gaze that keeps our values alive and is the reason many of us chose P&G in the first place.

What you'll learn:

• An honest, unfiltered take on what Ownership means to kids.
• How our employees explain P&G's core principles in simple terms.
• Why these values have been our compass for over 185 years.
