Hardball's Chris Matthews calls out GOP Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) for his petty jab at outgoing Majority Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Republican Party critics seem oblivious to their past misdeeds and any sense of decency in addressing the opposition party.
