Little Giant Aquarium Series Magnetic Drive Pump is an external aquarium water pump specially designed for high-volume freshwater and marine aquarium applications. It is UL approved for low heat exchange with quiet operation. MDQ models are for use in pressure situations (ie., inline pressure filters). MDQX are recommended for use in free flow set-ups (ie., direct return or wet/dry). The Aquarium Series Magnetic Drive Pumps are magnetically driven, so there are no seals to wear out or leak.
