Tods Workshop | Peter Lyon (Lord of the Rings) and Tod on their favorite Swords @tods_workshop | Uploaded 3 years ago | Updated 12 minutes ago
I was recently invited to have a zoom chat with Peter Lyon the creator of the Lord Of The Rings swords as part of an online conference called the Art of the Sword, organised by Matt Blazek of History Live! -North East.
It was a real pleasure to chat with Peter; a pivotal man who showed that film swords could also be real swords and many thanks to Matt for organising my small part in an amazing conference of speakers. An honour.
You will find links to all of the speakers here http://historylivenortheast.org/the-art-of-the-sword-zoom-sessions

Kentwell Hall is a very special place for me and where my reenacting and knife making career started and occasional location for some of my videos. Throughout the year it runs recreations of 16thC life and other themed events. Long Melford, Suffolk, UK
