Personal development and personal growth is challenging, although there is this perception that it should be fast, easy, quick and fun. This isn't the case at all and this video instead provides a framework which you can use to think about personal development and personal growth. I present two different personal development frameworks that I use on a regular basis.

The problem we often have a lack of understanding regarding how to think about personal development in a holistic view, so in this video I work to clarify this understanding.

One of them is based on the Rite Of Passage model which says you need to go through an ordeal to come out as another person and the other is related to role development - we have certain roles which we use more than others and personal development could be thought of as a process of developing roles.
