Normally, I would exit the palace whenever I would be out of SP. Here playing P5R, I wanted to see how much EXP I could squeeze out of a single visit to Kamoshida's palace without using SP-restoring items and essentially being stuck with very low HP most of the time. It turns out that you can pretty much grind as much as you want against the last 3 groups of enemies without really needing to use SP.
All thanks to the Angels' weakness to gun attacks, you can abuse guns are much as you want.
Focus on the Archangel. If you don't kill it fast enough, he'll most likely us Vajra Blast and knock out multiple characters.
If you die, you keep your EXP.
When you gain a level, you also gain a few more SP so you can heal yourself and keep going even longer.
So I squeezed out 3 or 4 levels using these last groups of enemies using these strats. I got to level 16 for everyone. I think now it's time to leave the palace. lol
