Used for all cards, all bosses, and potentially glitchless too if this is faster than the clubba attacks. I'm not 100% sure that these plants can poison you or not, but it didn't happen to me in my testing so I don't think it can. Free 5 seconds if you can get power shock to work on e bloops. At the very least, if this is too risky for you, but you hate your run and need some timesave, well here's a free 5 seconds.
