On the evening of Tuesday, April 22, we proudly hosted avant-garde multi-instrumentalist Danny Kamins (HOU), experimental electronic musician Casey Cooper’s solo project Coastal Dives (CMH), and koto/electronics experimentalist Julie Palmer’s solo project ZILLA (CMH).
About the artist: The music of ZILLA is composed and performed by Julie Palmer, who studied the koto while living in Nagoya, Japan. ZILLA reinterprets classical Japanese pieces with electronic and ambient sounds.
