On the evening of Friday March 21, we proudly hosted jazz-adjacent quintet Gault (CMH), Stephen Klunk and Noa Even’s drum/saxophone duo Patchwork (CLE), and Audra (NJ), a collaboration between Noa Even (sax) and Anika Kildegaard (voice). Audra performed Swedish hymn-inspired music by Karin Rehnqvist.
About the artists: Mutually interested in exploring a wide range of contemporary genres, Noa Even and Stephen Klunk formed Patchwork, a Cleveland-based saxophone and drum set duo that collaborates with composers to build an eclectic body of new music.
