‘Loved’ is the 8 th and final solo release of 2021 from Porthcawl’s Charlie J and caps off a productive and successful year yet. ‘Loved’ is Charlie’s 2021 sign off, with a wavy bass-line, some classic hip-hop and just wants to see the young artist be loved. It’s a showcase of Charlie’s tender side asking for acceptance and is easily sits within the listeners psyche that strikes equally in the verses and chorus.
Big up to Oloye on doing this dance - we shot and recorded this in Cardiff outside the principality stadium. I always had a vision of doing some dance videos for this track so big ups to him for making it come true!
