This is an ongoing series reviewing Pen Kits and other Kits that are available in the UK.
If you are new to turning pens there will be a lot of things that may help you along the way. Even if you are a seasoned pen turner you may find some things in here that you had not thought about.

In this part I look at the New Notus Pen from Beaufort Ink. Available in Upgrade Gold, Chrome, Gun Metal and Black Chrome, where I've gone for the Black Chrome.

The quality on the entire pen is very good, my only dislike is the click mechanism which I don't think is as good as the Tempest. Prices have only just been raised in June 2024 on several kits but still make this a reasonable buy.
