INGREDIENTS:
2 Pears, Thinly Sliced
2 tbsp Honey
Soft Goats Cheese
Sour Dough Bread
Handful of Chopped Walnuts
Salt and Pepper
STEP 1: COOK PEARS
Core the pear and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with honey and place under the grill for 8-10 mins or until the pears have caramelized, turning halfway through cooking.
STEP 2: GOATS CHEESE
Place your goats cheese into a bowl and mash slightly with a fork. Season with some sea salt and pepper.
STEP 3: TOAST AND SERVE
Toast two slices of sourdough bread. Once toasted spread the goats cheese onto the bread and place your sweetened pears on top. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts over the top and serve with an extra drizzle of honey.
