Most people have had a Mint Julep, the sweet 19th century classic, but if you haven't tried finessing the drink with fruit, you're missing out. A hundred million thanks to Wild Turkey and Liquid Alchemist for the gift box, it hit the spot!

Peach Julep
2oz/60ml Wild Turkey 101 bourbon
.5oz/15ml Liquid Alchemist peach syrup
Mint to taste, but at least six leaves depending on size
