As the Pulaski County Special School Board came out of an executive session, chronically late arriving board member Tina Ward went off during the board comment section. Two board members, Heather Smith and Karyn Maynard, left the meeting due to Ward's behavior. Maynard filed a report about Ward with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office after she left the meeting.
