I'd say that this run is about a minute faster than my v1.1 WR (youtu.be/x8Ouixi5a_8 ) after taking the version differences into account, but v1.1 is harder because it has no dpad camera, slower domino platforms, and some object placements are less generous.

Done in 4 segments (3 savestates). The segment from 0:37 to 0:39 is by far the hardest and most inconsistent on keyboard, but it might not be the worst thing ever on a controller.
Yes, this ending has an invisible anti-cheese wall that goes about 6000 units high.

An absolutely amazing star. Im not sure if a kaizo star this good existed before 2021, despite how much MorningStorm (the creator https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLz0JRhhDwhAzlXoWQO20jjNi-iXpv85fV ) likes Variety Dimension and Realm of Dimensions.
It just does everything right. This star is one of the most radical stars when it comes to embracing moderate time pressure and complexity, allowing many different paths to be done in almost any order, and avoiding precision at all costs. All three of these things massively raised my enjoyment with this star.
According to MorningStorm (https://youtu.be/wfHNTgmz4Qo ) and katze789 (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpwny4IgcCPLK2_gv33M9uA ) who collected this star before me, this star is harder than all except one star in the entire King Boos Revenge series. This is just a mindblowing improvement for me, considering my previous hardest star were the red coins in Lost Bay Town.
This star took me about 43 hours, and I enjoyed almost every minute of it. From the initial scouting to the segment practice to the attempts about 30 hours in, this star felt very reliably and lastingly fun, and even if I was going to take 100 or more hours on this grind, I was confident that I would not lose my enjoyment for this star because it is so exceptionally well-designed with an awesome difficulty balance and the exact right design priorities (minus maybe the 1-2 last few bits of moderate precision that remain in the star - one of them being retriable thanks to cheese, and the other being not that precise and instead more complex).
I guess this grind is over now. It took almost exactly one month, as I started on the 24th of November. That alone is pretty cool as this lets me connect more emotionally with the name of the star.
This attempt in particular was one I am incredibly happy with as well, as the Demacia board music both helped me focus and take my time, and celebrate my eventual success. I also chanted Leningrad a few times to calm myself down, in reference to SnowLilys completion of Eclipse of a Greater Moon.")

I got this twice in probably around 500 attempts from various blindfolded-viable savestates. This clip would definitely need a much better setup to make it into a CCC*less blindfolded run. I also clipped twice in the roughly 100 attempts before I started holding upright so a much better setup does seem possible.
It would also probably only be useful for the first star, as cheating the Penguin race is hard enough, and the current strat for the ending doesnt get enough speed to jump over the last 15 coins.
This strat appeared in Pablo Acevedos savestateless (but visual) completions of 77 stars in the Capless Cannonless Coinless challenge (https://youtu.be/oJl55yBmUqA?t=859 ).
He probably did not actually reset the entire challenge whenever he would accidentally collect a coin, as is common practice with CCCless 70 star runs and the biggest reason why Coinless is so much more ridiculous for Blindfolded than Coinscoreless.
Recently, Bubzias chat saw the topic of 70 star CCC, and we concluded that it would be ridiculously infeasible if the run forcibly died the instant a coin is touched (Remember that in Blindfolded, you cant see whether youre in a slightly wrong position and about to touch a coin).
In addition, there are only 81 theoretically possible and only 72-77 RTA-viable stars, and the additional restriction of blindfolded gameplay would most likely put the challenge completely off-limits.
So instead, we came up with CCC*, with the C* meaning coinscoreless: Dont save a nonzero coin score, and you must save at 70 stars.
This means that a runner could hear that they accidentally collected a coin and simply exit the course, or they could reset the game if they hear a coin count up after collecting a star.
This variation also unlocks up to 6 red coin stars in side courses (BitDW, BitFS, WC, MC, VC, SA). However, collecting all 8 red coins in TotWC without a wingcap refill seems far off-limits for Blindfolded, and so the variation only adds 5 extra stars in practice.

This video has been outdated based on brainstorming by Cabi, SR, and Sidney (video soon).
In the previous video for this star (https://youtu.be/QFS0irJ6wak ), Sidney built up speed for 6 minutes in order to escape from the cave, then continued to lose speed several times in order to ledgegrab the platform with the star.
I improve on this in two ways:
1. Escaping from the cave with only 19800 speed (19540 is possible but my route didnt work out with that lower speed amount), and
2. Going from the lower platform to the star platform with a rollout. Thanks to SR for showing me that the left side is much more convenient for this as it has an open corner at a good angle.
If just a single unit square of the lower floor was accessible from below (i.e. if the ceiling was missing or if the cave floor extended below the star platform), then a much simpler route using no more than 2500 speed would be possible. Alas, no such spot exists.
There is a spot from where the star could be reached with 5800 speed, and it is probably possible to escape from the cave with around 7000 speed (way too little for all other launch spots), but Im not too optimistic that a 7000 speed route can be solved.
I tried a couple of things to escape with 15000 speed (about as much as youd need for most launch spots) but couldnt get anything to work. If it worked, it might allow for about another 50 second improvement.

I regret the aggressive beginning. You can be about 0.4 seconds slower with just longjumps, which are much safer.
This star is a bit harder than C9 coins (https://youtu.be/56GCHlzpD9M ), but also a bit faster. There is a safety coin in the box at 1:17, but the only coins you can conceivably miss are the ones from the last snufit, as coins cant fall off the edge unless theres a different floor below.")

This video is a big timesave over both the previous red coin TAS and the previous 100 coin segmented run.
The main timesaves over reds are a cloneless stargrab and collecting the underwater reds with 15.2 swim speed.
The main timesaves over 100 coins are accessing many fast coins from hard-to-reach areas and collecting the underwater coins with 15.2 swim speed.
I could have conserved 16 swim speed by riding the shell for longer but I didnt feel like it would have been fast.
The stairs were really time-consuming to TAS, I gave up on edgegrinds for the last 3 flights and just did Eru drops which are a bit slower but a lot less annoying.
Thanks to Marbler for his advice on the flyguy manip. I still dont really understand it but Im glad it somehow worked out lol. Ill look more into it if I have to do it again.
