PaulFrancis, known by his full name PaulFrancis O’Sullivan, is a known anime convention attendee in the DC metropolitian area. He got into anime many years ago and started attending anime conventions shortly after. I've briefly talked to him many years in the 2010s in the anime convention before the 2020 lockdowns. He recently started attending conventions again once they went fully back to normal. I recorded this segment in otakon 2018 but I never got a chance to make it public until now, because I wanted to share this video with him as a keepsake.
I got too many videos from anime conventions that I want to release including opening ceremonies. I just hope I accomplish the task before I die or this country falls apart.

This is documentary about the only anime convention in the United States that operated normally during the Coronachan Panic, no mask mandates or vax mandates, at a time where every anime convention had mandates either imposed by the governments where they located or self imposed: Anime Matsuri 2021.
The Ministry of Otaku was one of them, and was one of the few (and possibly the only) independent journalist that documented what happened 4 days was spent recording what happened.
