Paulette and Kenneth won the silver medal here at their final Worlds, having won bronze a year earlier in Cortina. They were twice the Canadian Ice Dance champions and the North American Ice Dance champions in 1963. After turning pro, they skated with Ice Follies, married and went on to coach in their native Canada.

Their performance here emphasises the elegance of early ice dance, complete with multiple holds, neat footwork and beautiful changes in mood and tempo. Gorgeous skating!
