Well I have been wanting to draw Patient C in a speedpaint for quite some time now, and I finally did. She's one of the side characters in the show "Cotename: Kids Next Door" (also known as KND). She's making a "C" shape with her left hand because, well, "C" is in her codename. And because I wanted to, so back off :I
Also since she was considered to be "infected" by the Underwater Lab scientists in KND, the purple stuff is supposed to show that they were somehow right, I guess. Or maybe that's just how they perceive her, just sayin'.
