As I quote from the description of that drawing:
"Temnota is the general of the Turaguan army and rules over the West District of Turagu, which is a barren wasteland mostly made up of a huge dormant volcano that oozes out green-colored lava and has a very strong glass floor on the bottom so that its residents aren't wading in lava. (The West District, I mean. I have no idea what Turagu looks like) She keeps the soldiers in line and is one of Cyanide's most loyal allies. She also literally barks out orders. 'cause she's a dog, geddit? Her name is also Russian for the word 'darkness.'"
