This is my Path of Exile 2.4 Groundslam Slayer build I made in Essence Hardcore league. It has surprisingly good clearspeed and it okay at killing bosses too. Lots of AoE and attack speed make this one of the faster melee builds I played.

Add resists or mana leech as you need it. Res capping can be a bit of a pain without jewel resists.

For leveling use whatever melee skill you like: Earthquake, Groundslam, Sweep, Sunder. Anything works.
