Pastor Shane Idleman recent discussion with Ruslan KD, where he addresses women pastors from a charismatic perspective. Pastor Shane states that the Bible role of an elder/Pastor seems to be limited to men because the Bible states they must be the husband of one wife and rule their household well. Women should also not usurp a man's authority. If that is not taking place then Shane Idleman wants to give women room to operate in their gifts. This isn't about dominating or excluding women—it's servant leadership, with men called to sacrificial responsibility, and everyone empowered by the outpouring in Acts 2:17-20.
