This video describes the difference between Pasteurization and Pasteur effect. Both the words sounds similar but they have a completely different meaning. Pasteurization deals with the use of high temperature to remove harmful microbes. On the other hand the term Pasteur effect means inhibition of fermentation in presence of oxygen.
