What stops an employee from pasting confidential pricing into ChatGPT? A user copies an internal product pricing schedule and pastes it into ChatGPT — and the Secure Web and AI Gateway in Microsoft Entra Suite blocks the upload. An organization-wide policy prohibits sharing confidential data through public AI tools, and network DLP parses the chat text to spot sensitive information before ChatGPT ever sees the payload. Unlike a standalone web gateway or CASB that can only see traffic, it reads the data classification — and it also blocks sending sensitive files over non-Microsoft email like Gmail.
