Part two of a timelapse of making Past Patterns 109 Edwardian Petticoat to wear under my wedding dress.

I finished all of my seam allowances with French seams, flat felt seams, or self bound hems, which took much longer than if I had just serged them. It took a bit of time, but it was still mostly a straight forward process.
