With a partnership going back to 2016, Bastian Solutions worked with the data and trends. We optimized and planned for growth--building in a two-part flexible growth framework.
Phase 1 maximized the facility lifespan with the AutoStore high-density robotic goods to person system and Bastian Solutions' Exacta warehouse execution software to automate their processes for faster, accurate order fulfillment. It set the tone and footprint for phase 2.
As expected, Parts Town grew. Phase 2 gave Parts Town the flexibility they need to continue growing without costly business interruptions while keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of the plan.
