In 2021, the Ministry of Health (MoH) collaborated with provincial health authorities and health organizations to initiate a province-wide Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution. The goal was to enhance virtual healthcare delivery and meet the evolving needs of patients and clinicians. Through extensive engagement with various partners, including clinicians and patient partners, the RFP process culminated in the successful selection of a new RPM solution for the province. In this presentation, speakers will share actionable practices, offering healthcare leaders guidance on navigating similar provincial collaborations moving forward.
