This video, by The Cooper Institute, shows a partner plank exercise. One partner while perform a plank on hands and toes, while the other partner performs a glute bridge using partner one's side as a platform for the feet.
In the video, partner one assumes a static plank position with the hands and feet on the ground with a straight line from their head to their heels. Partner two lies perpendicular and supine to partner one with their feet facing partner one. Partner two places their feet on the hip (not core) of partner one. With arms out to the sides, partner two performs a glute bridge with a goal of achieving a straight line from the shoulder blades to the knees. Partner one continues to hold the plank position as partner one performs slow repetitions of the glute bridge. To make this exercise more challenging, partner two can avoid bringing the hips to rest on the floor between repetitions.
