In this video I cover some exercises that address shoulder and hip mobility as well as coordination.
I cover four basic modes which I personally consider foundational movements for Indian club swinging / spinning. These are inspired from flow arts and Tai Chi. They are based on timing and direction and can be applied in several ways. More of these types of exercise can be found on Nick Woolsey's channel below.

I explore these modes will extended arms moving in parallel, split-parallel, anti-parallel (horizontal and vertical).
