In this video I explain the differences between an extension, inspin and antispin rotation commonly used in staff spinning.

I show antispin and inspin principles with a ball & chain, Jo staff, Indian club and sabre. I also explain the martial application with weapons. This is
demonstrated with the 15th Jo Suburi and the 1st and 5th Ken Suburi.

These principles can be applied to many other weapons used by martial artists or props used by flow artists for object manipulation.
