Join me for an exciting experiment that will level up your color skills! This is the intro to a series that will last several weeks called Color Theory From the Inside Out, meaning we'll start with your own experience and preferences with color and apply new info to what's relevant to you.

The first step will be to create your own Studio Color Notebook. You will need:
1. A three ring binder with paper (OR a sketchbook with heavy paper, or similar)
2. Color in any medium (paint, markers, colored pencils, etc.)
3. A place to work
4. Time (5 or 10 minutes per day, most days, for as long as you want to do this experiment)

If when doing your color studies you land on a color combo you especially like, write your name and/or your socials next to it, and snap a photo and send it to me. I'll add it to the next video, next Wednesday! Next week we'll start talking about the color theories.

I mention my book in the video. You can check it out/buy it here if you are interested: annelivingston.com/shop-and-classes/slow-color-project-book
