At the end of this I noticed I am missing a missable achievement in chapter 3. I thought luckily I made a bunch of backups, so getting there won't take too long. However once I put my backup file into my saves folder my entire file was just gone. I put my current save back in and my file was still gone. I absolutely don't understand why because I did it in the exact same way as I did for pokemon and there is worked perfectly fine.
At least I had a savestate, so I was able to recover the file like that, but that still sucks a lot, since I can't get the chapter 3 achievement and if I miss another thing all my backup files are just useless.
