A delicious cookie that is crunchy on the outside and chewy in the centre :)

Ingredients: (makes about 18 cookies)

1 1/2 cups of pancake mix
1 teaspoon of baking powder
60g of butter
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup of choc chips / m&ms
