Testing how well the Panasonic HC VX870 4K camcorder performs once it's so dark that you have to start adding gain. For comparison, the video pitches it against a Canon HF G30.

Both have lenses that go to f1.8 at the widest zoom. Shot at 4K 25p and HD 50Mbps/50p on the VX870, HD 25p AVCHD on the Canon.
