After a dearth of new compact entry-level / semi-pro camcorders over the last couple of years, Canon have just brought out the XF400/XF405 and Sony have released the AX700 / NX80 / Z90 so I've bought the HXR-NX80 and here is my unboxing of it, with test videos to come later and perhaps a "first impressions" video after I've done a bit of filming with it.
