The HC-V10 is Panasonic's new entry-level "HD" camcorder, but it's really just a standard definition camcorder upscaled to 720P resolution; the image quality is nowhere near as sharp as a true HD camcorder would be. Nonetheless, its 70X enhanced optical zoom and optical image stabilization are attractive features in this low price range.
