Ultimate Paper Mache | Painting the New Cat Mask @UltimatePaperMache | Uploaded July 2024 | Updated October 2024, 25 minutes ago.
I really had fun painting this cat. In fact, this is the fourth one I've painted - there are so many different colors and stripes and spots on cats, that every one turns out really different.
This is a newly revised version of the cat mask I designed a few years ago. I added numbers along the edges to make it easier to put together, and made it slight larger. It can be printed smaller, if you want, but I personally like it oversized. You can find the pattern here (there's a small charge for it): ultimatepapermache.com/cat-mask
I used two different photos for models, that I found on our local Humane Society website. That's a great place to find dog or cat photos. I liked he white cat with orange and black spots, and then used the blue-green eyes from another cat at the same shelter.
You can also find patterns for all the masks and sculptures behind me in the video, and many more, here: ultimatepapermache.com/patterns
