How long is a good time to paint in a day? For me, that is about two hours a day. Why so little? It is all about energy and focus. Actual painting time takes up a lot of concentration and energy. There is also time for planning, preparing and then cleaning up at the end of the day. It all adds up. So when I paint, I want it to be energetic and focused to get a lively painting.
